Well Justin Bieber and Usher may have thought they were getting away with yet another song steal! “Somebody to Love” apparently was written and named in 2008 by two guys named Devin Copeland and Mareio Overton. After one federal judge ruled the songs weren’t similar the case has been set in front of a federal appeals court and has concluded the songs are in fact quite similar. Now we all await as the case goes to trial to determine whether or not Bieber and Usher will be found guilty for ripping off another artist!
